Rules of Pigeons Foster Care in 2000Yuan Speica Ring Racing Award Wuhan Fuqi 2012
鉴于武汉福齐特比环大奖赛火爆进行中，不少外地鸽友想来福齐参赛
为方便全国各地鸽友来武汉福齐参加2000元特比环的比赛，特制定本规则，凡认可本规则的武汉鸽友（以下称甲方）和外地鸽友（以下称乙方）可直接与武汉福齐赛鸽俱乐部联系，联系电话：027-82852977、027-82856977
武汉福齐赛鸽俱乐部将为武汉鸽友及外地鸽友牵线搭桥，祝全国来汉参赛鸽友在武汉梦想成真。
The rules are formulated for nationwide fanciers’ convenience to participate in 2000Yuan Speica Ring Racing Award Wuhan Fuqi vigorously in process. Those fanciers, whether the fanciers in Wuhan(hereinafter referred to as Party A) or the ones outside Wuhan (hereinafter referred to as Party B), who approve the rules may make a direct contact with Wuhan Fuqi Racing Pigeons Club (Contact number: 027-82852977、027-82856977) that will work as a go-between for both sides. Wish all the participating fanciers a dream fulfilled in Wuhan!
一、 双方的责任：Ⅰ. the Responsibility of Both Sides
1、 甲方提供地理位置优越的鸽舍为寄养棚。
Party A shall provide Party B with the foster loft favorable in geographic position.
2、 乙方作出参赛幼鸽并负责运送到甲方提供的寄养鸽舍内。
Party B shall offer the young participating pigeons and escort them to the foster loft.
3、 甲方应尽心尽力负责日常的喂养、家飞、路训及比赛，并承担上述日常管理的一切费用。
Party A shall be responsible for routine duties including the pigeons’ feeding, the pigeons’ around-home and route flight training as well as their racing, and bear all the cost of the above duties.
二、 利益分配：Ⅱ. Profits Distribution
1、 乙方购环，比赛所得奖金80%归乙方，20%归甲方。
If Party A pays for the rings, he shall share 80% of the prize, and Party B 20%.
2、 甲方购环，比赛所得奖金50%归乙方，50%归甲方。
Both sides shall share 50% of the prize respectively on the condition that Party A buys the rings.
3、 参赛鸽的归属：所有参赛鸽（获奖鸽和迟归鸽）均归甲方所有。
The ownership of the participating pigeons: All the participating pigeons—winning pigeons and pigeons that return late—shall belong to Party A.
4、 获得前100名的奖鸽参加拍卖，无论何方购环，拍卖所得的60%归甲方， 40%归乙方。
Top 100 winning pigeons shall be sold by auction. Party A shall share 60% of the profits, and Party B 40% no matter who buys the rings.
5、 参加各项指定鸽的办法及获奖后的分配由双方协商，比赛期间欢迎乙方来汉观赛、指导。
The matters about the participation in various designated pigeons’ races and the allocation of the prize shall be negotiated by the two sides. We welcome Party B to Wuhan to watch and guide the race.
三、 未尽事宜，双方友好协商解决。
Ⅲ. Unaccomplished matters shall be settled through friendly consultation.
